Well I did take a look at the list of the top 20 in the 2007 AR and tried to reply to you, captain_salty, last night but ran into computer glitches.

However. Yes that is a fine list of individuals like R.A. Radford and some others plus some nominee companies plus at the top of the list, ACC.

And I think they have a total holding of about 25.38% of all the Options.

So is your point that they may not want to take up their Options or they are going to be happy to see them going down the gurgler ? Or do you mean that they will be keen to see them in the money and will be hopeful of getting the head shares well and truly past $1.50.

I would imagine that if the head shares got up to around NZ$ 1.75 by early to mid June then they would be only too happy to get into the play.

It really doesn't matter to me what they decide to do with their Options so long as I have a reasonable choice about what I am going to do with mine by mid June.

Have you had a read of the MacDouall Stuart Research Note update on the NZOG web site. Quite interesting what they mull over there about the Options. They think they are likely to be live.

I see NZOG touched NZ$ 1.56 today at one stage before finishing on NZ$ 1.54 I think it was. So the base is building there at the moment.
