As most already suggested, my guess it's the critical design review as the keywords 'operational milestone' suggest in the announcement. Not exactly the funding announcement we're all thirsty for but it's a step closer. If that's the case we'll have accurate figures for the build and launch to pitch to investors. I'm not sure if this warrants a trading hault or if it will have any decent impact on the SP.
