I disagree. When the scoping study was released the sell side was stacked as soon as the announcement was made. Those sells were placed without time to even read the heading of the scoping study. As time passed and the scoping study was actually read, the buying momentum picked up and SP recovered.

It’s quite a large report, and whoever sold in that initial dump had no possible way to read the SS in its entirety.
