This is a multi-pronged attack on AVZ:

On market SP trading:

First we have the obvious SP manipulation through direct SP attacks (relentless sell downs, Sub $1 trades, X-T's, Manufactured premeditated sell downs on major announcements to market).

Non-direct SP attacks: (this is where it's obvious AVZ has been targeted!)

The reporting of AVZ to ASIC / ASX on multiple occasions as a method of disrupting and discrediting the stock is like no other .. it seems to have been singled out at opportunistic times in order to have negative media and erode investor confidence. This strategy as demonstrated with AVZ has proven to be extremely effective and goes to show what time and effort can achieve if you really want to try to destroy a company.

It's possible this is all the work of one bitter person that has engaged in an campaign to destroy the company and discredit management. If that's not the case it may be more sinister and some kind of co-operative to remove AVZ as its a serious threat (WA?) or try smash price down for an easy low-ball take-over. (End users, proxy agents taking it down on behalf of a major who hides through proxy's).
