    I think you'll find that, at least for established housing prices, it demonstrates that Australian housing prices did not fall 40-60% in 1991-1993. In fact the chart displays appears to show that, for most of that time they continued to grow.

    Broken down into capital cities the figures are a bit worse but still don't appear to give the story you claim.

    So how do the facts look now??? Help or ruin whose story?
