Ctindale don't forget though that a small deposit gets you a much larger asset with high growth. I am talking on average here of course. Hence no one should rent throwing your money down the toilet especially when rents are going to skyrocket.
Landlords are happy because it gets to the stage were you are not only paying off their loan but also giving them their living. Not a shot at you so please don't take it that way. BTW it is nowhere near the doom and gloom you paint either. Everything looks a lot worse just before a downturn.
