The other thing FSLR's performance gives us is an idea of where PE's can go when a company is in its early and somewhat exponential growth phase as FSLR is. In 2007 as of the quarterly earning were expeted to be around US$1.19 per share and the share price was $219 .. that's a PE of 185. On the basis of a projected increase in net income from US$500m in 2007 to US$950m in 2008 the share price has risen 30% already (over the 2 months since the Q4 2007 report forcast for 2008).

Do we have some sound reasons to expect/hope that if all goes according to plan in terms of revenue that by 2011 our retirement plans could be well in place?? Good chance!
