Imo there is only one problem with tls,the market can see penn and the chairman are avoiding the main concern,the div.Its so obvious which creates the word the market hates 'uncertainty'.

Both penn and the chairman are highly paid they should understand this is the problem.

So they need to stop avoiding the obvious question and provide an estimate with conditions. 

In every presentation these 2 say how important the div is to the mum and dad tls holders?,so they should answer the bloody question,be 'courageous'.

If its bad then at least there is no more uncertainty.But going by their guidance it should not be that bad??????????????????????.

Otherwise,imo penn is doing a good job,employing the right people,expanding venture capital excellent (wish he had of suggested also scaling down murud),

Its very frustrating for all when imo the answer is relatively simple,just answer the question.

ps this would also stop the bs mainstream media headlines.
