To be fair, that time was seemingly more to do with a little bit of lack of management knowledge, missed a lot of wording and had to have their stuff re-written a bunch of times to satisfy the ASX

This time it's more to do with other people being naughty by the looks and them having to disclose that information when they have found out

(the 6 years things worrys me a bit for the timeline with the federal court though)

But no this is completely different.
