Hopefully someone buys that superfund caller a few beers today. He's managed to extract some good information. Going from what Anthony said share holder rewards is just down to finding the right timing.

One thing I found odd was that usually at the end the host reminds everyone to press star 1 to ask a question but they didn't this time. I don't even recall them mentioning it other than at the start of question time.
A couple of others were on the call and tried to get through but we're not introduced, meanwhile our good mates at MS got a follow up question.
The call seemed to abruptly end, and bang wooosh they were gone. - What tha?
