earlier this evening i shorted one contract on the ftse 100 on ig markets and set a guaranteed stop at 6074.5 but here is the problem, on the IT charts the high of the day so far has been 6074.3 however i still got stopped out. how is this possible? i have messaged the helpdesk but so far i have had no response. does anyone have any advise on what i can do, any help would be greatly appreciated.
