Hi DAs I said at the time - fair enough about SGF. I am not concerned about the SP it floats around a lot and I like management there so am not unduly concerned about ECX although can't see them buying it atm.
My real point was why RFG if you are concerned about ROE? Here I would be much more concerned with the SP tanking again at the next report or going to single cents if they default (which I expect they will) and need to be bailed out.If they sell assets it will be as a forced seller. Doubling down doesn't make those early shares any cheaper - it just doubles your exposure.
I understand taking risks but this one is a bridge too far for me.
