Why would it have to be a current T20 shareholder?
My original point was that there are not many (I can think of none) companies where the chairman and CEO are the same person. There is plenty of literature outlining the role of each and why they should be separated on line.
Bruce cannot be expected to do everything, he will need to bring in outside experience as the company grows, especially if they are to "fast track" to production as is continually written.
