    Is that why they were ringing holders?

    I worked out earlier that they would need 50% take up of full allocation, to raise the minimum $$$ they wanted.

    The economic climate and subsequent credit squeeze are alot different now compared to early 07,so couldn't imagine they would be sending cheques back this time.
