Hey all,

Just wondering what other peoples trading hardware setups are.

I'm currently using 2 lap tops, with 1 extra monitor, Ipad and sometimes the 40 inch tv screen in the apartment I have.

I'm living over in Phuket at the moment so it's more of a "cheaper" mobile setup option but I've noticed my eyes are feeling a bit more strain from the amount of screen watching I've been doing lately.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Are high quality "more expensive" monitors worth it in terms of combating eye strain?
