so you could have a co worth $10 and it's register is 2 shares at $5each.
on the other hand you can have the same co worth $10 with 1000 shares at 0.01cents each
the two still equal right.
hence the fact that more shares are out there doesn't influence the MC, the key is the value people price ownIng each share of that entIty.
