In theory those going through the exercise of options should help to push up the price of the options (when they buy) and add extra selling pressure when they sell. The number of options available is reduced which should also contribute to their price rise (at least closer to the intrinsic value ie BIT price less 6c) and as the expiry date closes in, long term buyers of BIT would be indifferent to buying BIT or BITOA less 6c or more.
