There was "115 shareholders (who) applied for the total of $1,042,500, an average of $9,065 per shareholder."

That's not 20 or 30 or 40 but 115 Investors that committed new funds. The amount of the average contribution isn't small either - over $9,000 each.

The total raised was 45% greater than the  $720,000 raised in the 2017 SPP.

It didn't stop there either, with a further $600,000 allocation to S&P Investors. It seems there was/is a big desire by a lot of Investors to buy more shares at 6.2c. At a Market Cap of $28m I think that tells the story of an undervalued stock.
