Just realised something, it's only speculation though so any thoughts would be appreciated.
The ann from 1/10: Drilling Commences - Rusty Lake, said that the first hole was already complete and samples sent to the lab, with results expected late Oct, which could be within a week from now. That's a break from how we've done it in the past if these results are to be released to the market when received, as they probably should be, which while it is not specifically stated to be the case, I take it to be inferred. In the past I believe we sent them off as a whole batch at the end of the campaign and released results from an entire drill campaign in one go.
Why would we do it this way now then? My guess is, especially at this point in time when we need to do something about our languishing share price, the core looked very good to the eye. Perhaps analysis with the handheld XRF scanner suggests good intersections of high grade cobalt and they can't wait to get the assay results out. This could be the bump we need if I'm right.
