How would having to up our offer (and inturn printing even more shares) be a win?
The ann this morning stated "Strike Energy has today called a trading halt to seek to finalise a capital raising to new investors and existing shareholders to raise a minimum of $13,000,000 via the issue of Strike Energy ordinary shares to satisfy the related condition of the Offer (Capital Raising)"......hence the remarks in regards to an SPP. VWAP was clearly being held at 0.14 for the previous week, therefore my guess is a 15% discount @ 0.12c
