I guess this scenario exposes a need for a niche portal where Board members or company reps could be available to chat online with current and prospective investors for maybe an hour every fortnight, similar to the BRR model. I doubt many would be prepared to do this atm gieven the legal frameworks involves....but in a larger market, similar to the US or the UK, it could work.

HC, in its current form I suggest, does not provide the framework to do this.

Food for thought for an IT group with an entrepreneurial spirit IMO.
