So Performance Condition 1 is the raising of a minimum of $30M before 31 March 2019.
Interesting,.... I think the market (well, at least those folk who comment on HC), is expecting $40M to be raised in the next couple of months now that the mining licenses have been issued.
I wonder which scenario will actually eventuate?
