can I ask Hoots, given the lull in the sector and cobalt price cooling as it has post JORC,
does a symmetrical triangle still have the same affect as it would or is it heavily affected by larger factors? are we likely to see a breakout upon good news and in your opinion will it touch precious highs based on charts?
