You are right fazz. In my anger at the role of the wreckers in initiating this Liberal carnage, I have overlooked the fact that Cormann could have, and should have put a stop to the Liberal party room chaos that saw Turnbull keep his word and not stand for leader in the 2nd spill.
I have been an admirer of Cormann's performance over the years, however, I agree with you on his culpability in this.
