When the announcement comes out and lets say it comes out at 09.55 , you will not be able to by shares for 20min as a rule , so you will be able to buy/sell from 10.15 - of course this will not apply if the news comes out at 09.30.
If the shares go ballistic [ fingers crossed ] NO the asx will not put in trading halt again - a speeding ticket might be asked for but on this positive news I would think not.

I do have a positive feel here this time around , and still believe we will get a TO offer within 12months if not sooner if the big tele health players are watching
