Even if one plays it safe and assumes a CR, JAT are in a lot better place asking for money to cope with a massive increase in sales~ there should be a line of institutions wanting in and therefore more favorable terms instead of being in the position of flat sales and begging for cash and naturally getting screwed over in the process.
