If the mortgages turnover as fast as they say there may not be a problem at all but I wonder about the big stuff that sucks up a lot of funds. They develop it then they have to sell it!

The 30% of CP1 is hardly at arms length, and I reckon they are cash-strapped too.

I just wonder whether this sort of company is reliant on an on-going property boom (east coast).
But I'm not sure the property market will ever slow the way the pundits say it will. Marine parks might be hit hardest, or the least, who knows?
