It is a shocking situation.. but its not going to get any easier.
M West seems to think a DOCA will be the most probable outcome.... what sort of outcome would we realistically be looking at under these circumstances ??? 50c in the dollar ... this warrents some discussion as there is a big difference between someone who has 100K caught in this who may get 50K back and someone who has $1million and is looking at loosing $500k.
This is where the real issue is in reaching an agreement re DOCA.
