Rubbish, you're wrong, you weren't there.

You have no idea how many MPs were coerced and bribed and threatened and bullied by Turnbull's henchmen into changing their minds when it came to putting their names down on a list and signing it, knowing that would be exposed even if the number did not reach 43 names.
Nor do I know for sure.

But two MPs who'd wanted a spill of PM'ship were named in the Press as having been bribed and threatened back into Turnbull's camp so we know their names weren't on that list and the reason was because of that list's existence.
Also, because Matthias is honest and can count, we know there were others who changed when threatened with having their names on a list of less than 43 at the time.

You're rewriting history to suit your opinion with little or no knowledge of how that count fluctuated as it became clear to wavering MPs that Turnbull wasn't going to allow a considered vote in the form of a secret ballot unless all 43 names were there on paper with signatures, so that Turnbull's bullies could expose them all to the media as they did.

Even then as the list of names slowly grew towards 43, Turnbull sent his bullies to threaten those on the list with media exposure of their names coercing and harassing them but more importantly he tainted what should have been a secret workplace ballot by bullying others from putting their name down lest they lose their job, i.e., other wavering, uncommitted MPs who had become aware of his threat as we all had.

This scrutiny of ballot papers in the workplace by both union leaders and management has long been banned and a secret vote is needed to decide Strikes and Workplace Agreements acceptance.

Not much point having a secret ballot when a majority number of Ayes is already written down and signed for all to see before one can make a challenge!

However in Turnbull' Lib's he rewrote the rules to protect his position yet he still failed.
There should be a workplace investigation into Turnbull's bullying in the workplace.
Typical Turnbull treachery and bullying tactics fully exposed.
So much for the right to a secret vote that exists on every other worksite in Australia.

I bet you can't even name the two MPs, whose votes we do publicly know who the Turnbull bullies had pressured into changing from Dutton to Turnbull.
Nor can anyone be sure of how many others there were planning to back Dutton before Pyne and his gang harassed and threatened several MPs into backing Turnbull.
