Not that I agree that they'll be a 30%-40% drop across the board in real estate prices but I and many other serious real estate investors will be snapping up the bargains where low offers are accepted in urgent sale situations. The real estate "wholesale market" will be once again with us and personally I can't wait.
Now couple this proposed situation with the banks offering 8% and more for six month fixed deposit how will this affect stock prices. I imagine huge amounts of money will move from the stock market into the real estate market. Any thoughts anyone?
