What do you think the current "facts" and "potential outcomes" are there now, now being (at this current point in time) for Gina, in relation to the potential of her investment, i.e., the potential of the assets, and future potential earnings she may derive from that investment? Is this, or will this be a good investment for her?

Or, do you think that it will be:
all negative?
a bad investment?
a failure?
