Ok so what I don't understand is either someone has Pneumonia or they don't , or someone has bronchitis or they don't. Isn't it just about RAP diagnosed Patient 467 as positive to pneumonia so did the doctor/xray/ bloods diagnose pneumonia too ! If they both agree the patient has pneumonia, then TICK for Rap and so on for all the trial patients ???? What is there to adjudicate ?? Surely not 3 doctors from 3 states to say a patient does or doesn't have pneumonia or bronchitis etc????
