If you're going to bet the house and possibly win a street AND if you lose, you get the house back anyway in under a year, then it's a no brainer.

Different people will have different perception of the risk and reward, that's what makes buyers and sellers. At 12c I think a good opportunity to have a fairly big punt, but I'm not personally adding to my existing position due to lack of additional funds.

You could have bet the house on Enron, General Motors or Worldcom too .....based on a more conservative risk reward perception.
