while the resources should keep us on a high for many years to come............(it used to be the sheeps back....hence the wealthy cockies, farmers etc)
...still looking at the separation between the 'haves' and the 'haves not'.......gap is getting wider.......... I dispute the connection between workers and wages and house prices............increasing number of workers are earning a load more than the 'average worker ' on low incomes....... some people cannot afford to buy..........they should rent for life as in europe...the fiasco with the US, was exactly that problem...........they gave loans to people who could not afford to buy anyway..............those people will have to rent for life...........or get a better paying job.......... oh and 75 billion in australia spending on short selling...........some interesting things to come......
