When you own a business you can call yourself what you like.
Met someone who had the title "Emperor" on his business card.
Lindsay Fox (Linfox) has "Truck Driver" on his business card.
However, in the USA "President" is the accepted title for the head honch, no matter what the size of the business.
And direct reports (Marketing Director, Chief Finance Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Director of Sales etc.) in the USA are called Vice President.
