If you look at the timeline of the business and at what price options are to be converted this November clearly will explain the directors intentions to bump sp using the interview. Last options weren't converted either. We are looking at a CR soon if management can't bring some good news to bump up SP.
TA wise look at OBV quick pump with no volume with a large far dump. Old holders also using it as an opportunity to drop their holdings.
