"Preliminary analysis of the safety data has shown that BIT225 was well tolerated at the 200mg once daily dose, with no severe adverse events or withdrawals."

It takes up to 19 years from Preclinical to FDA approval (source attached).

Overall, Only 14% drugs made to Phase 2, 8% received FDA approval.
The probability of success from Phase 2 to FDA approval, is 57.6%.
This is very high success rate.
