$15M for 21 highway sites? $15M won’t buy them even 1 on the Hume, maybe a couple of 2nd tier sites on the Pacific. When demand is there the ‘oil’ companies will add electric facilities and make money from the coke, mars bars and bad coffee. But for my mind, I think the fast food chains adding chargers in their car parks are a better bet as the 15mins to charge is just long enough to fill you up with junk food.
