Mobile data costs me $60 a month for 60Gb. NBN costs me $69 unlimited. The average family uses 85Gb of broadband data. This is now, I am talking about what happens over the next 5 years.

You cannot drop the mobile plan, so the question becomes "at what point do a substantial number of people drop fixed broadband?". When a substantial number have no need for a fixed line those that remain have to bear a higher cost for their services and a negative feedback loop is established that continues the decline of the business case for NBN.
