so the closing date has been extended twice. i was initially very excited about this company since it had existing products with strong revenues. but now that they haven't been able to secure funding for 2 deadlines they created, I've become a little concerned.
does anyone have any data points on what happens with ipos that took longer than expected to raise capital?
