not quite as all stocks at this end trade at significant discount to NPV. need to factor in risk and dilution. i hold a stock with an npv over 1 billion, about 1.5bln, and mkt cap under 50mln. auz isnt cheap and npv wont be over 1 bln thats for sure. spec sector is going to get pummelled further imo.
