With Nuenco=Quest=Indus you are probably right to wait till it happens Gosh. Certainly Gordon Moseby's credentials and past involvement in the oil and gas industry is a big plus. I just wish there was some way of finding out some more information about what New Era has on its books already. My searches so far have not got very far or run into a brick wall.
