As a preamble I would like to thank the management and all involved In the process of making this project come to fruition and becoming world class sustainable company.
Now, I’m sure you are very busy and most likely receiving a lot of call and email from shareholders regarding what is happening and where we are at. However, I was hoping you might be able to shed some light regarding VEC progress relating to some points mentioned in the below ASX announcement on the 17^th of October 2018

• “Formal documentation of the binding terms sheet is well advanced with lawyers in Australia and execution by the parties is scheduled for later this week.” - has this in fact been achieved?
• Completion of Project Acquisition “Adidi-Kanga Gold Project” -
• The Loan Repayment and Codebition Agreements are required to be executed by the relevant parties in the DRC. – are there currently any issues with the execution?

Any realistic timeframes would also be appreciated regarding the above.

I would also appreciate it if at all possible for VEC to communicate with its shareholders more effectively as this appear to be the biggest point of contention for myself and most probably other shareholders.
