Should be but it isn't selling itself.....If I was managing a business and there were valid concerns on behalf of particular owners I'd try to fix it or at least explain. 

Owners or share holders of a potentially successful company need clarity...that's why they invest. If the news flow dries up and unexplained transactions occur as in a.... 10% holding to a company @ 20% discount with no connected interest to that company out of the blue.

I suggest again, that the Brown's would not be doing this unless they were forced to.

Although damaging I'm glad the Browns are doing this as I'm sick and tired of PBs arrogance.

I seen many long term holders dsappear over the years on this thread and it has nothing to do with the Browns Vlad.

Are you surprised to see the sp 10.5c??? Im not... I predicted a C/Rs but never one as suss as this.
