Owners or share holders of a potentially successful company need clarity...that's why they invest. If the news flow dries up and unexplained transactions occur as in a.... 10% holding to a company @ 20% discount with no connected interest to that company out of the blue.
I suggest again, that the Brown's would not be doing this unless they were forced to.
Although damaging I'm glad the Browns are doing this as I'm sick and tired of PBs arrogance.
I seen many long term holders dsappear over the years on this thread and it has nothing to do with the Browns Vlad.
Are you surprised to see the sp 10.5c??? Im not... I predicted a C/Rs but never one as suss as this.

The current SP is an absolute steal. Hopefully most SHs vote in support of the s249d. HC sentIment indicates that the motion may pass. Once the right chairperson is put in place to lead this project, the SP should atleast double in the next 3-6 months.
