There's been volume on the NSX for JBL for the past 6 months, so that's automatically better than permanent suspension.
I think it's pretty obvious by now that the ASX have no intention of letting them trade any time soon - I'm annoyed at both the ASX & HML directors for this mess. The ASX had ample time to question valuations way before the bonus prospectus issues and only got involved when ASIC started querying things - now that ASIC's queries have been answered, we're still stuck in no man's land which the ASX can't even clarify why, or when we'll start trading, if ever which is completely ridiculous - what do you expect the company to do in this situation? They've tried to send out documentation to have meetings to progress approvals, but the ASX blocks it.
