There was a distinct lack of animal spirits in BRL share price.The fact that the share price meandered on low volumes, meant there was no greed in the market...just indifference. But now there is a "Fear of Missing Out" with suddenly a big buyer showing up and your buying is the first sign that the market will do BRL's job even before BRL can buy back enough shares.
That is why we needed the company to start buying back their shares. I still don't understand why it took so long to start up this buyback process.
