Yes I can see this being the ideal outcome. ALK comes in as the cornerstone investor for EXU, EXU and RMS have some serious talks about how they can best work together, they come to an agreement, ALK is paid off, and everyone walks away happy. A much better approach than what we have seen to date.
Or Alkane gets 15% and people keep selling to Ramelius and they end up with 10-15%, management keep their 10% and you get a Mexican standoff and the company is effectively neutered and you get a KIN mining scenario of board spills, etc.
But that is the probably the most pessimistic view on things.
