The outstanding options will be interesting at the current share price. There is,
* 250 million option due to expire on the 15th April 2019 issued at 2c and exercisable at 3c. These look to be fine.
* Huayou got 186 million shares at 7c and 186 million options exercisable at 10c due to expire on the 15th April 2019. If Huayou wants this deposit, they will need to fork out the 10c conversion (I don't remember them doing so already).
* Another 28,285,714 options exercisable at 10c to sophisticated investors is due to expire also on the 15th April 2019.
