There are many logical reasons for selling even at these prices.
Take my situation.
APG in the Self Managed Super Scheme.
I am in pension phase.
This means according to the rules I MUST sell off 8 % before the end of the financial year.

On other matters.
7 of 9 there is lettuce to be harvested here in Japan for teaching english.....$400 ++ per day.
Living is cheap in rural Japan....but Tokyo hotels are $600 per night.
